The president CESAR’s Council, Geber Ramalho, was considered by the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) as the most outstanding professional in innovation in the area of Computer Education, as he recently won the Tércio Pacciti award. Ramalho has been an adjunct professor at the Federal University of Pernambuco for 20 years, and has had more than 100 articles published nationally and internationally. He is also one of the pioneers in Brazil of digital games. He works in the areas of artificial intelligence and digital entertainment. The award ceremony will take place during the annual SBC congress, which will be held in São Paulo from July 2-6.
